Cross Bar Arena is owned and operated by Happy Acres Cowboy Church, a non-denominational church. Cross Bar was created as home of HACC, and will host events such as ropings, barrel races, junior rodeos, etc. In addition to presenting events, Cross Bar will also lease out the facility to other organizations.
